• A education project: Minor maintenance pruning of the row of mature Moreton Bay Fig Trees on the Sacred Heart College Main Oval · overhanging Scarborough Street.
• This pruning will be to mitigate risk of branch failure onto the road and footpath users.
• The pruning will be no more than 10% of live crown removal on any of the trees.
• The pruning will be primarily reduction pruning to reduce weight over high traffic areas.
• Large dead branches will also be removed.
• All pruning will be carried out by level 5 Arborists and conform to the Australian Standard of Pruning.
