A renewable_energy project: We wish to upgrade the battery on our solar farm but as we lease the land and don't own it the bank will not loan us the money.
We wish to sub-divide off the existing solar farm foot print (including the detention dam in south west corner).
The land owner wishes the sub-division to be as small as possible to allow the cropping and grazing to continue as it currently does.
There will be no changes to existing fence lines..
