• A farming project: We would like to build two Farm Machinery sheds 15m wide by 30m long and 6m high side by side 8m apart as per attached plan.
• The sheds are to have sliding doors on both ends of the sheds as well as two PA doors along the side of each shed 7m from each of the ends with a fire extinguisher (9kg DCP) adjacent to each of the PA doors.
• The pad has been levelled and graded so that water is to drain along the west of the sheds to the south and then to the east along the south side of the sheds towards the dry creek bed.
• The natural slope is down towards the north east and the pad has been built up so that the north east is level with the south west corner.
• The water drains have been constructed to take water coming from the south and west away from the sheds.
• There are no services within 30m of the sheds with the exception of a copper telephone cable running along the western boundary of the pad about 8m from the proposed edge of the shed..
